How to track my order?

Once we ship the item, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Where can I find my invoice?

If you have an account, you will have access to all your orders and will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. If you would like a PDF of your invoice, please let us know at hey@jasminhewett.com.

If you are unable to locate your invoice or invoice number, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

What are the shipping times?

We will ship items on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you are based in Auckland and want to get your items urgently, we can delivery it to your for a small fee of $20.

How do I cancel or get a refund for an order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know before the jewelry goes into production or shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, you can request a refund by contacting us. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you used to place the order.

An item is missing from my package, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our haste to get your tiny treasures to you as soon as possible.

How do I get reimbursed?

You can directly request a refund of your purchase in the last email received or send us an email at the following address hey@jasminhewett.com

What is the warranty?

Our jewelleries are all guaranteed for 3 months.

You may return your items to us for the following reasons:

- If the item is faulty, in accordance with Consumer Laws. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund

- For change of mind, subject to our Change of Mind Policy below.

Change of Mind Policy
Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:
- Earrings
- Resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase)
- Engraved items
- Special, custom or made to order items.

If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase (or delivery in the case of online orders)
- The item is in As New Condition and accompanied by:
- Proof of purchase
- Original packaging

Where are the jewelry made?

The jewelleries are made and assembled in Auckland, New Zealand.

The raw materials have been sourced from USA & China.

The pearls have been sourced from suppliers in USA, Tahiti and the Cook Islands.
